At HARDI, being a People-Care Partner means taking responsibility for the health, safety, development, and well-being of the people connected to our business — from our own employees to the users of our equipment, and the partners we work with across our value chain. Our commitments are defined through group-wide policies aligned with EXEL Industries and supported by local implementation across our organisation.  

HARDI operates under the EXEL Group Code of Conduct, which defines expectations for ethical business behaviour, including integrity, fair competition, and anti-corruption. These principles are supported by internal policies, procedures, and employee training, helping ensure responsible and transparent business conduct across our operations.

End-users

The safe and responsible use of HARDI equipment is an important part of our social responsibility. Our End-User Health, Safety and Well-being Policy sets out how safety considerations are integrated into product design, documentation, and training, with the aim of minimising risks associated with equipment operation.  

We support this through clear safety information, user guidance, and training delivered via our dealers and importers, supported by HARDI Academy. These efforts are designed to promote safe equipment operation and continuous improvement through feedback and reporting channels, recognising that safe use depends on both product design and user practices.
