In the face of challenging field conditions, application precision is critical. That is why the HARDI MEGA is now available with the new PRO FORCE booms, which range from 15 to 30 metres and fold vertically for optimal convenience.

For extra additional control, you can add optional hydraulic AntiYaw dampers. These work together with the built-in mechanical damper to provide top-notch performance, especially on uneven land and during sharp turns.
The new modular boom wing design gives maximum protection to the boom fluid system. This system means that the MEGA can now be integrated with precision application features popular with many farmers, such as the PulseSystem.
The HARDI PulseSystem technology keeps the drift to a minimum and gives higher precision, even at high driving speeds. From drop size control capabilities to its CurveControl features, and automatic individual nozzle control, it offers many benefits:
• Variable Application Rate to determine application dose
• Wide flow rate with one nozzle size
• CurveControl technology to minimise chemical consumption
• Automatic single nozzle on/off for maximum precision
The PRO FORCE boom on the MEGA features a smart hydraulic design – the AutoFold system. This makes the boom folding experience easier, makes it more secure to fold quickly, and gives you maximum comfort.
It also supports partial folding, giving you more flexibility while operating. For extra convenience, the heavy-duty lock gives you the option to fold the boom on just one side when needed.
The MEGA with PRO FORCE boom offers two levels of boom management systems: AutoTerrain and ActiveSlant.
These technologies prevent unwanted movements before they happen instead of just fixing them afterwards. The ultrasonic sensors on the boom's wings and roll sensors in the middle monitor and adjust the movements of the boom before any disturbance occurs.
A stable boom means less wear and tear on your sprayer and makes it easier for you to operate. This helps your sprayer last longer and reduces operator fatigue and stress from constantly having to monitor the boom.
