Using advanced sensors, intelligent control algorithms and proportional hydraulics, it proactively maintains the correct boom height and position, resulting in outstanding boom stability, improved spray accuracy and reduced drift across varying terrains.

The NAVIGATOR is designed for high-speed driving under the most demanding field and road conditions. Its robust frame is made from high-tensile steel and is built to meet the demanding requirements of professional farmers.

Accurate tracking with easy operation

The NAVIGATOR’s high-end steering drawbar provides a tight turning radius, using advanced electronics, a proportional valve, and two hydraulic cylinders for safe, precise tracking.

IntelliTrack’s safety feature prevents the drawbar from steering when speeds are too high for the turning radius, reducing the risk of tipping by ensuring the trailer’s centre of gravity follows the curve. This results in a turning radius as small as 6.0 m on the NAVIGATOR 3000 and 4000 models, and 8.5 m on the 5000 and 6000 models.

The ISOBUS and AEF certified HC 9700 and HC 8700 terminals integrates all important information on one screen to give you a
complete overview of a spray job. The multicolour HD touch screen allows for 2D and 3D as well as split-screen viewing.

Automation for easy operation

AutoFill provides fast and accurate filling. Simply set the desired volume and connect the hose, and the system handles the rest without overfilling. Start and stop control is available from the FluidBox 7000 in the WorkZone, while agitation is automatically reduced to maximise filling efficiency.

During operation, AutoAgitation ensures even agitation, minimal tank residues and maximum agitation without foaming.

After spraying, AutoWash provides easy, accurate and safe cleaning using only 400 litres of rinsing water. The operator can select one of three automatic rinse programmes, helping to prevent pesticide cross-contamination and protect both the operator and tractor cabin.

Variable rate application

PrimeFlow pressurised boom circulation keeps spray liquid circulating under pressure for fast priming, clean spray lines and immediate application from the start. Its 13 sections minimise residue and sedimentation, while SpotSpray enables precise treatment of individual plants or weeds to reduce chemical use and environmental impact.

The HARDI PulseSystem keeps nozzles open from 30 to 100% at the same pressure flow by switching them on and off 20 times per second. This maintains consistent droplet size at different driving speeds. CurveControl automatically adjusts application in curves to prevent over- and under-dosing, while individual nozzle control enables treatment based on digital field maps, allowing pesticide savings of up to 90% by treating only mapped areas.

2-year warranty, giving you added peace of mind from day one. To maintain your warranty, your machine must be commissioned, registered and maintained in accordance with the HARDI Operator’s Manual and service guidelines, using genuine HARDI parts.
