Meet the new generation HARDI NK lift-mounted sprayer
More capacity, proven HARDI pump technology and convenient boom control from the tractor cab. The new generation HARDI NK is designed for farmers who want a simple, dependable lift-mounted sprayer without unnecessary complexity. Available with 600, 800 or 1,000-litre tanks and a 10 or 12-metre MB boom, the redesigned NK keeps the proven simplicity while adding more capacity and boom section control from the tractor cab.
What is new on the HARDI NK?
The new generation NK introduces three important updates:
- Tank capacity of up to 1,000 litres
- HARDI 364 diaphragm pump delivering 140 l/min
- Three-section EVC control operated from the tractor cab
- 2-year warranty*
The sprayer retains its powder-coated chassis and low centre of gravity close to the tractor. It also continues to use a diaphragm pump that can be serviced without special tools.

More capacity means more spraying between fills
The HARDI NK is available with three tank sizes:
- 600 litres
- 800 litres
- 1,000 litres
The new 1,000-litre model offers 25% more capacity than the previous 800-litre top-of-the-range model. This gives farmers more capacity per fill and reduces the number of trips back to the filling point.
The 600 and 800-litre models remain available for farmers who want to keep the weight on the tractor linkage lower.
Each NK has a high-impact polyethylene tank with a deep sump for complete emptying. Pressure agitation supports difficult mixtures, while a rinse tank is included as standard.

Simple 10 or 12-metre MB boom
The manually folded MB boom is available in working widths of 10 or 12 metres. It is mounted directly to chassis that keeps the weight close to the tractor and the geometry simple or with the optional hydraulic lift/H-frame.
Trapeze suspension stabilises the boom during operation. Adjustable spring-loaded break-away protection allows the boom ends to fold backwards if they meet an obstacle.
TRIPLET SNAP-FIT non-drip nozzle holders prevent the nozzles from draining onto the crop when the main on/off control is closed.
HARDI 364 diaphragm pump
The HARDI 364 diaphragm pump delivers 140 l/min. Its diaphragms separate the spray liquid from the bearings, crankshaft and other vital pump components.
The pump is self-priming, can run dry without damage and can be serviced without special tools. It also features a grease-lubricated crankcase and chemical-resistant diaphragms and valves.

Control from the tractor cab
The three-section EVC Operating Unit allows operators to switch boom sections from inside the tractor cab.
The main on/off function returns all liquid to the tank, while HARDI-MATIC maintains the application rate through variations in PTO rpm. An integrated suction filter and three inline pressure filters are also included.
