HARDI Triple Tier 12 rapid nozzle switching technology adjusts the spray rate instantly and accurately without affecting the fluid velocity or the droplet size.

The HARDI Triple Tier 12 spray system lets you configure two separate sets of nozzles, so you can select either nozzle individually or activate them both together. With a pressure-based switching option built in, the system also gives you automatic speed compensation.

Triple Tier 12 - HARDI Australia

The easy answer to changing conditions

Two parallel lines of nozzles triple your spraying options by allowing you to select nozzle A, nozzle B, or both nozzles together from your in-cab controller.  This has important benefits for accurate dosage, coverage and drift control, especially in difficult spraying conditions.

By fitting different nozzles to each nozzle body, you can use the Triple Tier 12 system to change droplet size for drift control, nozzle size for rate control, pair nozzles for coverage control, or use automatic nozzle switching for speed control.

When timing is critical, HARDI Triple Tier gives you much more flexibility and control so you can keep spraying through a wider range of conditions.

Three Tiers, Four Modes.

  1. DRIFT CONTROL - Fit different nozzle types (e.g. Flat Fan and Air Induction) per line, to change droplet size with drift conditions.
  2. RATE CONTROL - Fit different nozzle sizes per line to change flow rates between crops.
  3. SPEED COMPENSATION - Use both lines together or in AUTO mode to maintain coverage as fluid pressure changes with speed.
  4. COVERAGE CONTROL - Activate two lines to maximise coverage for dense crop canopies or to target specific pests.
