HARDI Australia is currently seeking to add a very special person to its senior team.
The person we are seeking will possess a unique blend of skills and experience, possibly gained from working within the legal profession. The role will best suit a highly literate and mature person with considerable proficiency supporting senior executives and/or a Board. It is likely also that ideal candidates will have experience in the strategic elements of HR. Preferably, with formal training in this field.
The role will also encompass responsibility for reporting HARDI Australia’s CSR activities and performance back to Denmark and Paris. A keen and practical interest in CSR would therefore also be of value.
Applicants will need to present as confident and polished professionals who understand the need for delivery of outputs according to rigid deadlines. The ability to be flexible with work times and cope with the demands of a fast paced business is essential.
