Width without weight

Aluminium booms weigh up to 50% less and are 20% stronger than their steel counterparts. They provide an attractive return on investment due to its low weight. The lower weight makes the boom less susceptible to rolling and yawing, which reduces wear and tear on the boom and the sprayer itself. Internal ribs make the boom strong and durable, and the aluminium material makes the boom resistant to corrosion.

The low weight also makes it possible to build wide booms to boost productivity. Aluminium booms are available from 24 to 54.5 metre widths.
