HARDI Australia is currently seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced Production Engineer to its CAVAN based engineering team. The Production Engineer will report directly to the on-site Engineering Manager.
The person we are seeking will possess a minimum of five years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with a strong mechanical orientation. The role will best suit an energetic person who can relate easily to assimilating activities between Innovation, Engineering and Production.
Production Engineer
The role will encompass responsibility for the effective migration of projects into production. Specifically, this will entail documentation, planning and training of new products entering production as well as routine updates of existing products. Experience composing bills of materials (BOMS) and accurate routing of labour would be of significant value also.
Applicants with particular experience in electronic, mechanical and/or hydraulic engineering are likely to make a transition into the role with relative ease. The ability to work calmly to compressed deadlines that are often determined by factors beyond your control is a must.
