HARDI Australia appoints new Managing Director to drive strategic growth

HARDI Australia is pleased to announce the appointment of Tom Rayner as Managing  Director, effective latest 13 October 2025. This strategic move aligns with HARDI International's global direction and reinforces our long-term commitment to the Australian and New Zealand  agricultural markets. 

Tom brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across agribusiness and AgTech. A Commerce graduate from the University of Adelaide, he has held key roles in sales, marketing, operations, manufacturing, and strategic implementation. Most recently, Tom served at Kelly Tillage, further deepening his expertise in agricultural innovation and industry engagement.
